Age restriction

For some reason TikTok has put an age restriction on my editing account and denied the appeal where I used my real license and has now made the account useless since nothing goes to the fyp anymore, I’m really confused because I’m not under 16 and have had this account of years. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m very frustrated because I’ve lost years of building up my following and posts.
