When did it become normal (especially for women) to record people without any consent? This feels like how in Japan Men are photos and stalk women. This is predator behavior

And you never see a man do this because he'd mine crucified for harassing a woman and being a pervert/creep.

There's a whole genre of videos that's men trying to pick up women while wearing meta glasses to secretly record them. Then they post the video online. I'd argue those videos are much more prolific than these and it's the same thing. There are male creators who's entire content centers around this. 

Both can be bad; I just haven't seen what you're referring nearly as much.
