Why animal suffering AI videos are allowed to be posted on TikTok?

I've seen more than one AI videos of animal abuse on TikTok lately, like stepping on a kitty, freezing a live duck in ice, tearing a live fish by hand, etc. Although these videos ain't real, don't they violate the law? Why TikTok allow them to be posted? Don't they have a special terms of service about this or they just don't care about this at all? (And I don’t know if these videos were really shot first and then made look like AI made)

And when you try to report these videos, they'll tell you that these videos do not violate the rules...

Nope TikTok just didn't care about anything unless it's about profits.

I can clearly tell you that TikTok doesn't care about these things unless the content is really unacceptable. I also make and post AI videos, and basically all kinds of contents can be posted, even if I'm not satisfied with some. (such as swimming in coke sea or sprite sea)

At this point with all the complaints I've seen I can't for the life of me understand why anyone continues using tiktok.

What incentive is there to change shit if literally nobody is willing to stop using it over these things?
