Suddenly zero views

I've started posted videos for the first time last week and have done almost every day. My most viewed video had over 7k views with over 100 comments. Others had on average 200/300 views. Today I posted two videos who got literally zero views so I'm wondering if there is a glitch? I've started getting followers but haven't followed anyone yet. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you!
