How to grow ?? I feel like i deserve better

How do people who complain not getting views or likes already have a fanbase. Im trying to grow mine from scratch and i dont wanna add people i know there. But people are getting 10-100k views and thousands of likes like its nothing. I post myself on my tt, any tips for conventionally attractive girls to grow on tt? I'm trying very hard but its just super discouraging im still at one digit followers and people who watch my videos never seem to like them what do i do i really want to become an influencer its so frustrating toh. I see others with far worse camera and content quality than mine perform much better?? Tt has a serious favoritism or what? 2
