Any reason why I cannot stitch my own video?

I’m trying to stitch my own video and the duet/stitch buttons are not there. The privacy settings allow it and I can duet or stitch my other videos. The “add to story” button is there and that permission is included in the same toggle as stitch and duet. I’d love to follow up on it since it got over 1M views.
