TikTok restriction on videos for being unoriginal/low quality/qr code

Soooo, I generally post videos with my thoughts on them. An example, recently I posted one with the saying “this step backwards is just a springboard to propel you forward”. I often use uncopyrighted stock videos and then add to them words, music and filters. I’ve posted 15 videos so far and got restrictions on two of them for being unoriginal or low quality. Uncopyrighted stock videos are meant for people to use to create this with. I don’t understand why I’m getting these restrictions when I’ve not seen a single video like mine. Meanwhile, people literally copy trending videos and post them with no problems. Anyone else have this problem or any recommendations for how to avoid being flagged in the future?
