App is being crap

Two complaints/ questions. For info, I have a Samsung S9, it's as up to date as possible for this old of a phone.

One, I am not getting any notifications for lives. Phone settings are all set to on, in app settings also set to get notifications. Have restarted, both the app and my phone, have cleared the cache, no go. Anything else I can do?

2, the PiP has stopped working in the past few days. Again, phone has permission to do PiP. I get the audio when I open another app, but no little box with the video part. Any suggestions?
