Hope this gets noticed

Tiktok has got to have the worst customer service ever, i was late on payment for about 2 days and they suspended my account for 1 whole month mind you it was only late for 2 DAYS but i just forgave them and stayed patient and decided to just wait it out since i had no other choice but i wish it ended there.After waiting for 1 WHOLE MONTH when i was about to use it again it suspended my account for another month A WHOLE MONTH AGAIN, ANOTHER REMINDER that i was only late for 2 DAYS 2 DAYS!! And this was my first time being late after paying on time for 3 months THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND OUTRAGEOUS i tried contacting customer service but it just sent me a an automated ai text.This just pisses me off whenever i think about it.
