Can’t send Videos to an Account anymore

Hello, I just tried sending my bf a TikTok like I’ve always done but he didn’t show up in the recommended. I tried searching him,he doesn’t show up. I cleared the cache and re opened the app,still nothing. I don’t get it. It is updated and all… this was out of the blue too because I’ve sent on the same day many TikToks. Does anyone know how to fix this?thanks in advance!
