Weird AI account?

Stumbled across this account earlier that posted a video of their supposed “family” but it was entirely AI?? There were multiple inconsistencies between all of the pictures posted but they were seemingly gaining support from a lot of people that seemed to be supporting them. I tried to comment about it but they blocked me almost immediately. Weird.
