RPM Dropping

Hello. I was accepted into the CRP 10 days ago and my RPM was 0.85. It has been dropping every day and it is already down to 0.59. I have seen many people say it goes down as the month goes on but recovers at the start of the next month. Today is August 2, so Aug 1 loaded in yesterday for me at 0.59 — my lowest RPM yet. Has anyone actually experience it getting BETTER as the month begins?
