Any free apps with AI editing like 'Captions'?

I had Captions app downloaded to my phone for quite some time but avoided it because I've been cautious about AI. For fun, I ran a video through their AI editor and the enhancements with the text, video and caption additions made it so much better. I only make a few videos per month so $24.99/mo isn't really justifiable for me...

Wondering if anyone else found any AI editing tool that was free or more affordable?
