Do you think some people with eating disorders are cancer scammers?
They are skinny and could have a port for hydration and nutrients but might say it’s a chemo port.

i dont see why people would do this unless for pity (which having a public eating disorder already gets you) or money (which you can also make with an eating disorder... just look at eugenia cooney or any number of obese "weight loss" influencers or 500 lb life shows)
there is literally no reason to fake having cancer and i doubt they're doing it

What a weird way to say you assume every sick/disabled person you see is 'faking it'. Unless the person TELLS YOU they aren't really sick, mind your own fucking business. But either way, eating disorders are still an illness. So if they're trying to get help for treatment, fine. Medical care costs too damn much for most people.
