Tiktok violations hello??

What the hell is wrong with tt. Uploaded an edit and it got flagged for drugs, appeal wasnt approved, even tho the edit has no drugs, alcohol n other sht. Had similar situation like a month ago, i contacted support, I got no answer and they literally closed the tickeť yesterday. Is it even possible to contact the support?
