Shop issues

So I tried to order something from medicube (their marketing is already so sketch) because something was on sale but decided I’d just cancel the order bc I would order a similar product from ulta. The cancellation is denied so I’m like whatever, just send me the product then, and it’s been 3 days and they have purposely only put it as packed so I couldn’t get it canceled, and they won’t ship it. Should I be concerned?
