I think I accidentally hacked into a tiktok account... (NO JOKE)

I had a new email and I tried to sign in with it but it said that account already existed, then I recovered the account and somehow logged into some person I have no idea about strangers account with hundreds of followers and a few videos and 47 notifications, I was shocked, what happened and I want to give this account to the person who owns it.
