How do I get an account taken down? My ex is posting cropped nude photos of me with my rapist’s name with a heart on the bio with my full real name as the username.

My ex is creating accounts with my legal first and last name, with a cropped nude photo of me as the profile picture with my stalker/rapist’s name in the bio with a heart. Tiktok hasn’t taken down the accounts yet and it’s been stressing me out horribly because anyone who searches my real name will come across this. I keep getting requests from different accounts and I’m genuinely so terrified. I keep making new social media accounts just for them to eventually find them again (Guessing because one of my friends is public and i can’t tell him to go private, that’s so selfish ): but idk what to do) He told my rapist/stalker my current address, my new social media accounts and my phone number. My stalker was doing the same exact thing as him recently again and now my current ex is doing the same thing just because i didn’t take him back or send him nudes :(((((( Do I just keep spamming reports on the accounts and hope for the best?
