To promote or not promote

I have a video that organically reached 22k views over the last 4 weeks. It has around 1600 likes and 700+shares. I'm against spending money for views but it feels this video has potential to go really up if I promote it. My problem is the aftermath. Does tiktok limit my other videos and stop circulating them until I pay?
