The comment picture insertion feature

Anyone else getting extremely annoyed by it constantly appearing and then disappearing? It's a great feature. I can debate a point with a simple graph or chart and just explain my entire point clearly and with easily visualized data, but that just becomes impossible every single time to get rid of the feature. Anyone else having this issue of them constantly getting rid of it and then bringing it back and it appearing on some devices and disappearing on others?
