You can use VPN's on your device it may be that your TikTok account itself is logged onto an american server. You can avoid it by creating a new TikTok account (with VPN on) and logging on, if it auto kicks you out you can log in on the web due to the web not saving logins. (Will post a tutorial if another ban happens)
