Alternative To TikTok's Recording Feature

Hey guys, I'm wondering if any of you know any app that I can record videos similar to TikTok's built-in recording feature. I have time limit set to TikTok to stop my brain from rotting but still would like to record trending videos. I want the app to be solely for recording without any distraction elements like short videos or posts etc.

Any other recommendations that would solve my problem is also welcome!
