How do TikTok Editors get theire clips?

I deleted tiktok but something stuck in my mind. Fandoms are very popular on tiktok and you find Edition of almost everyone snd everything. But how do the editors get the clips especially when the edited movie just came out (and I dont mean to film in the cinema) or from series that belong to streaming apps that dont allow to record youre Display (like netflix, makes every screenshot black)
