A few things, interacting with your account with your other account flags it as a bot account and stalls views so don't do that. Before sending your videos to the fyp it sends it to your friends and you need a certain amount of likes or watches from them before it shares it. So friend some people and interact. Consistency of uploading drives your videos to the fyp more often. Also consistantly interacting with other posts makes you seem more human.

Try finding mutuals from the same fandom you're in get a nice amount of followers interact with their posts so they can do the same and that will help your video getting views and likes
