My account got hacked, what can I do ?

This is what happen, a guy texted me saying

"I can't log in to my second tiktok account and it shows that I must add 3 trusted contacts to receive the code and be to enter., I can lift you up"

Since I'm dumb enough to give him the code that was sent to me on my gmail account, he then access through my account and changed my email and number on my TikTok account and now I can't log in or reset the password on my TikTok account because he now has full access on it, what are the things that you guys can recommend me to do to get it back ?

And also I didn't put a recovery email 💔

I tried to report on "TikTok support" about my account being hacked and stuff like that but I don't know if it would work or not, is their any advice, because I need my account since I worked hard on it for 1 year
