does tiktok purposely do this?

so i’ve posted a couple videos and i’m only getting 20-100 views and tiktok is not pushing out my videos at ALL. i’ve recently gotten around 680 views and i just can’t seem to break past that. tiktok also tries to make you pay to get views so are they purposely not pushing out your videos to get you to pay for views instead? and when does it ever end!??
