Was gonna post video with nice cover picture....But....

So I was going to put a video on TikTok, and create a nice cover for it, but to be honest I looked at the videos on TikTok and almost ALL of them do not have like a cover picture like what you see with alot of YouTube videos and in fact most are of people just making a video with their phone, and it seems like they just posted it and added some quick text...would my video even get many views if it doesn't look like all the other videos on there? Thanks!
