Trying to find content creator

Trying to find this girls account who blew up on TikTok maybe around 2023/2024. She originally got popular from smoking yellow tinted weed in all of her vids and had a wardrobe straight from the early 2000s. Not sure if she’d be verified as she was kinda niche and got popular from using underground(ish) music like yung lean or imogen heap. She’s a white blonde girl but I recently saw her on insta with blue streaks in her hair, maybe early/mid 20s and American. Any ideas?
