Hourly limit thing is glitched or broken.

I'm sick and tired of this bullshit. When I open the app, I get the notification that I've reached the hourly limit and have to put in the "1234" code in. I put it in and NOT A MINUTE LATER I get the same thing AGAIN. This goes on for 20 minutes. I try everything, reseting the app, closing and opening the app and restarting my phone. NOTHING works. Someone tell me how to deal with this.
