Why tf is it saying to have a screen time limit

I don't really want to lie about my age so I set my age to 13 and now it keeps telling me you need to type in 1234 to be able to use our app because of your screen time and I never set a screen time I disabled the screen time for some reason it's still on but off and it still keeps notifying me I cannot watch one video without it disturbing me and I looked it up on Google it said clear the cache and I did and it's still doing this nonsense and I even restarted the app it's still being really weird and I don't know what to do and my account I don't want to lose because it's getting pretty successful this freaking sucks you can see in the photo all of the screen time junk is off
