Looking for someone to edit a very short simple reel for me

I am looking for someone to edit a simple short reel for me. We held an event for the city and I mostly just do photo. I shot the video but it will take me 6 hours to edit a 90 second reel when I know someone can maybe edit this thing in 10 minutes. It's as basic as you can get. I have samples I can pass along. No color grading, no fancy graphics literally just a chop job. Thanks in advance.
