I don’t see any settings

I created a tiktok account last month with a username I really want. However, when I logged in today (for the first time), it doesn’t show any settings to change my dp, preferences etc or give me options to post anything publicly. It’s just blank! “manage account” only has one setting thats the Password one. I updated tiktok. Restarted my phone, but problem is there. What could be the issue?
