Ice cream trucks at night videos

For maybe 2 weeks now, there’s been these sightings of ice cream trucks or vans pulling up in neighborhoods or streets around 9pm to after midnight. Are these real? People are claiming these trucks have to do with the virginia missing teens but idk if they Truly are. It was very creepy at first but now it seems like everyone is claiming this is a legit trafficking of kids and teenagers, the movie weapons, hurricane Katrina documentary etc and trying to make it this big viral story when there are actual trafficked victims. Yes, Most kids in virginia that went missing were BIPOC, unfortunately most that aren’t white don’t get coverage by the news. summer is ending but I haven’t seen an ice cream truck in my area in at least a month or so. These remind me of the 2016 clown sightings everywhere. So is this actually real or not and just paranoia/copy pasta?
