i remember a viral tiktok girl who used to scare people in public. She had short blonde hair (i think) and would run on all fours, barking at strangers on the street. It was a short video, part of a prank series. but i can't remember her TikTok handle, and i can't find the girl anywhere. do u guys know her??? i remember to watch her videos like 3 years ago
