Tiktok Live popup notification

So, I was watching a tiktok live and a notification keeps popping up during the user's live about "is interested in contacting creator". It keeps popping up once a while during the user's live and it bothered her. She tried looking who kept notifying her, even on her inbox or messages, she couldn't find who kept contacting her during live.

Is there anyone here who might have an idea what that means and where can the user find who was the one contacting? Thank you
