Disable autoplay on a user's profile?

I suspect the answer is no - but is there a setting or an extension to disable videos from autoplaying when on a user's profile? There is always at least one video autoplaying, either the first or whichever one your mouse happens to hover over, and I find it to be extremely distracting. I'm not referring to the "autoscroll" when it automatically scrolls to the next video after watching one, which there is a setting to disable.
