Why are Europeans mad over basically EVERYTHING

I don’t know if yall know this trend, but there is a trend on TikTok of 2 slideshows, the first one is the person in there country and the second one is in the country they immigrated too, too be more specific this video

As an example

She is an Egyptian girl who moved to Slovakia and Germany and after all the racism in the comments I felt that my people (yes Iam Egyptian) are known for being outlaws or something like any other immigration groups for another countries that are known being outlaws, scammers etc.

But I found that they actually are known there for being productive, kind and things like that especially that most Egyptians in Europe are Christian Egyptians not Muslims so they mostly don’t bother Europeans by there religious beliefs since they are basically the same religion

After all I never came to Europe my self, so Iam not 100% sure if what I wrote is right, just why is racism is so normalized in Europe?
