Super low video quality on new account

Recently I created a new account and whenever i post a video the resolution looks good only on my main account i posted it, however if i switch accounts it looks terrible (like 360p). Is it because of the new account and tiktok needs time to optimise it or im just doing something wrong? (I upload videos with 1080p full hd 60 fps, data saver is off and high quality uploads on)
