Lemon8 notifications???

I AM DESPERATE!!! For literal months I would get notifications on TikTok about people posting on Lemon8 (people that I didn’t even follow on TikTok, literal randoms) when I don’t even have Lemon8! So I looked at Reddit and people said you had to download the app and turn off the notification for TikTok in the actual Lemon8 app. So I did that and it worked for about a month or so and now I’m getting the notifications again!! I’m SO ANNOYED! I never had Lemon8 to begin with and don’t want it!! I want the notifications for it on TikTok to stop!! What do I do?????
