an account dedicated to bullying people

it would be an extremely long story to explain, however there is an account on tiktok that is dedicated to bullying somebody as well as me. they draw ‘fanart’ that is incredibly degrading. i NEED the account taken down. i’ve filed many reports however tiktok isn’t doing anything at all.

does anyone know what i should do?
