Did TikTok shadowban me?

I created my account August 8 and had steady growth until August 22 mid day. Then that night (Friday) my engagement and views just completely dropped. Up until this point I was easily getting 2-3k views on my videos now they’re getting only 200-500 and some getting 1.5k and only one getting over 3k. They also will get like 200 views and 20 likes in 10 min and then stop and go up very slowly. On the day it dropped I did delete and immediately repost 3 or 4 videos. However, im still gaining around 10 followers a day and most of my engagement is from the FYP and non followers. Chat GPT said the drop could be from deleting and reposting and that TikTok is doing a “refresh” which takes about a week or two. Also said rn I should hold off from posting for a day or two.
