For those of you that go live, why do you do it?

My partner suggested I should go live since I play video games a lot, but I'm beyond embarressed to do it. Like what if she is the only one that watches my clips? What if I don't get any views? What if I'm not good or successful? My head floods with all these questions and doubts. So for those of you that DO go live and play games, what exactly motivates you?

Have you visited the cringe tik tok subreddit. thank you for considering feeling embarrassed, but I'm sure that by considering that, it will be fine.

If you don't get any views you can just quit. If not having any views is something that is a problem for you then you probably shouldn't do it.

If you don't have views, stream until people arrive and apart from playing, talk to them so that the user feels comfortable talking to you. I'm new to streaming and I know it's not easy but not everyone started with many viewers, so we have to make that effort of 0 people until they arrive and leave the leg, shame only limits us and takes away important opportunities.

I do live gaming so sometimes I stream on Twitch and TikTok. Just trying to grow my base.

If you enjoy playing the games, does it matter if anyone's watching?

Also, twitch is probably a better platform for live streaming video games

I love chatting with my community and growing my page while having fun playing games and talking about all the things that come to my mind and discussing topics from our daily life or whatever, laughing together, sharing cool moments. Twitch is cooler and has more possibilities but its harder to grow an audience. On TikTok you will always get viewers into your stream, TikTok will show you to other people on the fyp through your videos etc and you just have to hold them in with good entertainment. Also TikTok is becoming more and more popular with livestreaming. And even if only 3 people watch your stream - how cool is that? 3 people sitting and enjoying what you stream? Sometimes I have 100 viewers, sometimes 5, because everyone is busy and it really doesnt matter, I also have fun with my 5 people all the time.

all those reasons you gave: no views, nobody watch, not success. ALL DON’T MATTER

do it, be consistent, give it 6 months or year. & you can always stop
