Account + Views are stuck

Hi! Lmk if this is ok to post here-need advice!

I grew my acc. t0 ~40K while shitposting. Had some global news features. Then took 2 years off for mental health. Now I'm trying to come back: better quality posts, clear message, better account structure and strategies and i gain 1-3 followers a day but lose net 5-10 followers a day. My views are stuck under 1K... Has anybody experienced this and what worked for you?

Or if you have theoretical advice or ideas- I'd love to hear!
