did tiktok remove the “turn to video” button when it comes to photos?

hi!

is anyone else experiencing this? up until a few days ago, whenever i was selecting multiple photos to upload on tiktok, there would be a “turn to video” button which now is nowhere to be found. did this happen to anybody else or is my phone/app glitching or something?
