Damaged Iphone (Tiktok Draft concern)

Hello! I have the iPhone 16 Plus (I believe), and I dropped it in a pool the other day. It was working fine for a day, but now it shuts off and turns on every 30ish seconds. It doesn't stay on long enough for me to perform an iCloud backup, and since iTunes is no longer available, I'm unsure how to initiate a "plug-in" backup.

My main concern is my TikTok drafts. I have a new phone coming in the mail, but I know the iCloud backup will not include locally saved data, like drafts. I have a lot from over the years, and I don't want to lose them! I'm trying to post them privately to my account, but there are so many, and my phone only stays on for 30 seconds at a time. Does anyone have any ideas or tips? I'm afraid one of these times, my phone won't turn back on!
