age verification

im scottish and my only form of ID is my NEC card, however when u select that ur from the uk on the verification process it doesnt give u an option for it despite it being a legal recognised form of scottish ID under the PASS scheme, it literally says on the card that its a valid form of id by law but obviously the tiktok bot doesnt recognise that. how can i go about reporting this or getting this issue fixed… it also says on the age verification process that ur allowed to use ANY form of ID aslong as its by law in your country but doesnt give me an option to atleast appeal it and say what form of id it is or anything so how are they meant to know its a form of id by law if i cant even select it… idk im just trying to use tiktok shop bc im poor, i cant afford a passport and i cant drive so how do i even go about getting intouch with them to sort this out?
