TikTok profile audit

I am new to TikTok (and social media in general). We get views and profile visits but aren’t getting any follows. We have a pretty clear niche and I think a descriptive bio. I can understand if people come and just don’t like the content. We’re still learning. But I just want to make sure I’m not missing a basic piece to this puzzle. Would anyone mind taking a look and offering some insight?
