App totally different after making new account?

Hey guys, I’m trying to make a second account to get a second type of fyp but when I try to make it, it forces me to relaunch the app and the entire design is entirely different, almost a different app. Like I can’t search anything, can’t easily switch between account, and most of the options are limited, it’s like everything is restricted. If I log out and log back in to my normal account, it forces me to relaunch but then it looks normal. Can someone tell me what is going on?
