It's against the T&C of TikTok to buy or sell accounts and this can result in all the buyer and sellers accounts getting BANNED.

Also sellers are scammers who are either trying to sell outside of the T&C, selling stolen accounts (stolen accounts which get banned or returned to the owner), selling botted accounts (which can be banned at any time), or they are just going to take your money and vanish (pure theft).
