I can’t make my liked videos public again?

My liked videos have always been kept public but this morning when i woke up, i noticed they were private. I went to go ahead and turn them back public, but the option simply wasn’t there. I’ve tried across multiple devices and accounts and device doesn’t matter, and it’s only one account that has this issue. Any ideas why?
